Equipment Capabilities:

  • CNC Laser: Cincinnati CL7A: 2000 Watt, 120in. x 60in. table.  This will process Mild Steel: .375 Thick, Stainless Steel: .250 Thick and Aluminum: .187 Thick with amazing precision and uniformity.

  • CNC Press Brake: Durma E-30160 10Ft, 176 Tons

  • Mechanical Press Brake: Diacro 14-48-2 4Ft, 17 Tons

  • Welding: Miller Syncrowave 200 TIG/Stick welding as well as a Miller Mig Welder

  • Spot Welding: Janda spot welder

  • Stud Welding, up to 1/4-20

  • Finishing: Timesaver 125-1M 24" Grainer
